Privacy policy

What this website collects

Only what you type into the appointment request form: your name, phone number, email address and anything else you choose to add. It is emailed to the office so we can call you back. The website does not keep a copy of your request.

Please don’t send detailed health information through the form. Dr. Huddleston will go over your health with you in person, where it is protected as part of your patient record.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Like every website, our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security, which are deleted on a regular schedule.

Sharing

We do not sell, trade or give your information to anyone else. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps or Facebook, are covered by those sites’ own privacy policies.
